First of, I would like to thank you for visiting our website and taking in interest in how we deal with your privacy on our site.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When you fill out our contact form, we do ask for some of your personal information so that we can identify you when we reply. To keep things simple, we only ask for your name (it is up to you whether you want to provide your full name or just your first name) and email address.
If the reason you are contacting us is to do with an order you have placed with us, we may ask for more information from yourselves such as order number or address details so that we can confirm who we are speaking to. We never pass this information on to third parties and we use the information for internal use only.
When you place an order with us on our website, we do require your address and postcode as without this we would not be able to get your order to you. We only collect delivery information, we never collect any sensitive information to do with payments. That aspect of your order is dealt with completely by our payment processors.
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
Who we share your data with
Any personal information that you provide us with when you are contacting us is not shared with any third party application and is used purely for internal use.
If you place an order on our website then we may share information such as sale amounts and billing information with our payment processors. We however do not receive any sensitive information such as card details as that is all dealt with by the payment processors. Please see the respective privacy policies from our payment processors below:
How long we retain your data
For any data relating to orders placed on our site, we keep your data for 10 years to comply with tax laws within the UK.
For all other data, we keep it for a maximum of two calendar years.
